Basic Qualification Requirements

	Filipino Citizen
	21 - 59 years old at loan maturity
	60 years old and above, co-borrower is needed
	Must have valid contact numbers
	With co-maker except for collateral loans (car, taxi, PUV, PUJ, truck, motorcycle and real estate loan)

Application Requirements

	Completely-filled up Application form
	Latest 2x2 picture
	Photocopy of 2 valid IDs (Company ID, Passport, Driver’s License etc)
	Proof of billing (electricity, telephone, water bills)
